The Borough of Edinboro municipal waste collection is currently contracted to Waste Management, Inc.  All refuse bills are sent to residents through their water and sewer bills. Payments should be made to the Borough of Edinboro.  Presently using single stream recycling see RECYCLING & E-Waste.  Residents with questions and/or concerns may call the Borough Office at 734-1812 x138

The Borough is divided into two pick-up zones. Refuse on the West side of Meadville/Erie Street is picked up every Monday. All refuse on the East side of Meadville/Erie Street is picked up every Tuesday. If a major holiday falls on a Monday, pick up will be one day later.  One large item is allowed for each pick up.
